● PP spunbond non-woven fabric is a type of non-woven fabric made from polypropylene (PP) through the spunbond process.
● Its production principle is roughly as follows: Polypropylene granules are melted and then extruded through spinneret holes to form continuous filaments. These filaments are stretched and cooled in the air, then laid into a web by air flow or mechanical means, and finally reinforced by hot rolling to make the fibers bond to each other, forming a cloth-like material with certain strength and air permeability.
