Multi-layer composite structure nonwoven fabrics SMS, SMMS, SSMMS, SSS, etc. with high air permeability, high strength, high barrier, ultra-high hydrostatic pressure and other properties, are widely used in the field of surgical gowns, protective gowns, isolation gowns, instrument wrapping cloths, surgical cavity towels, clean clothes, precision instrument wiping materials, medical masks, nursing care bed sheets and other fields.

Surgical gowns and sheets

Suitable for steam, ETO (Ethylene Oxide) and low temperature plasma sterilisation and anti-static, anti-alcohol, anti-blood, anti-oil and anti-ageing treatments.

SSMMS multilayer composite medical nonwoven fabric meets the performance requirements of EN13795:2019 and YY/T0506:2019 standards, and ANS/AAMI PB70:2012Level1-Level3 standards, and passes the biocompatibility test, and the results show that it is non-toxic, non-sensitising, and does not irritate the skin.

Sterilisation kit

Mainly used for wrapping medical supplies that need to be sterilised, such as medical kits, instruments, fabrics, etc. Correct use of the wrapping cloth can maximise the cleanliness and sterility of medical supplies before use.

Passed the biocompatibility test, and the result shows it is Non-toxic, non-allergenic, non-irritating to the skin, excellent hydrostatic pressure performance, high barrier to liquid and solid particles; it also has good air permeability and low shrinkage, and has the performance of resistance to tearing and puncture.

Medical masks

Multi-layer composite SSS nonwoven fabrics Can be used to produce medical masks, protective masks and so on, can be customized with different widths, different grams, different colours, can be customized with soft, hydrophilic, antibacterial and other functions.

Passed microbiological test, antimicrobial performance: antimicrobial effect of E.coli 8099 and golden coloured staphylococcus ATCC6538 is more than 99%. pH value is 6.5, fluorescent substances and heavy metals are not detected.

Multi-layer composite SSS hydrophilic nonwoven fabrics can be used for the top layer of liquid-absorbing products, so that the liquid can penetrate quickly and keep the top layer dry, and can be made soft, antibacterial and other functional treatments.

Softness can be customised according to customer's requirement. Hydrophilic products can be made into single hydrophilic, multiple hydrophilic, diffusion hydrophilic, with good effect of carrying liquid, and toxicity test result is in conformity.
