SSMMS multilayer composite medical nonwoven fabric meets the performance requirements of EN13795:2019 and YY/T0506:2019 standards, and ANS/AAMI PB70:2012Level1-Level3 standards, and passes the biocompatibility test, and the results show that it is non-toxic, non-sensitising, and does not irritate the skin.

Medical masks

Multi-layer composite SSS nonwoven fabrics Can be used to produce medical masks, protective masks and so on, can be customized with different widths, different grams, different colours, can be customized with soft, hydrophilic, antibacterial and other functions.

Passed microbiological test, antimicrobial performance: antimicrobial effect of E.coli 8099 and golden coloured staphylococcus ATCC6538 is more than 99%. pH value is 6.5, fluorescent substances and heavy metals are not detected.

Nursing mattresses

Multi-layer composite SSS hydrophilic nonwoven fabrics can be used for the top layer of liquid-absorbing products, so that the liquid can penetrate quickly and keep the top layer dry, and can be made soft, antibacterial and other functional treatments.

Softness can be customised according to customer's requirement. Hydrophilic products can be made into single hydrophilic, multiple hydrophilic, diffusion hydrophilic, with good effect of carrying liquid, and toxicity test result is in conformity.
